Radio Elko has it's roots in real radio, the way it used to be, live, real, authentic and local.  With real disk jockeys, who jockey disks, take phone calls, and love what they do.  Playing billy goat country punk, in a format which includes a mix of classic country, western, bluegrass, rock, americana, cajun, zydeco, oldies, live shows, and comedy, and more.

Radio Elko pays tribute to all the radio stations that came before it, most of all, the amazing kfat radio from Gilroy, Radio Elko's library consists mainly of records "stolen from kfat".
